Brevettata, meaning "Patented or Proprietary" in Italian, is an intriuging and well-balanced blend of 53% Syrah, 25% Merlot, 22% Sangiovese. Deep ruby color, subtle tannins, full body, complex earthy undertones, black pepper, dark currant. Pairs well with salty cheese like aged cheddar, gouda; brined and grilled eggplant; slow roasted BBQ.
