2021 Sangiovese
Our 2021 Sangiovese comes from Block 8 of the Chandler Reach Vineyard. Sangiovese is a perfect summer red: pairs well with light fare, including green salads with Green Goddess or Ranch dressing, a BLT sandwich or a cheesy pasta dish.
Tasting Notes:
Color: Deep garnet, rich and inviting.
Aroma: The nose opens with bright, fresh cherry and fig, followed by roasted pepper and a subtle hint of tomato, giving the wine a savory, Mediterranean character.
Palate: On the palate, the wine offers flavors of red plum, along with earthy notes of leather and tobacco. A touch of oregano adds a distinct herbal complexity.
