Dinner at the Villa is an unforgettable dining experience that seamlessly incorporates food, wine, and atmosphere. We will begin our evening with Bubbles and Appetizers featuring:
Fig Tartlets: Puff pastry tarts filled with fig goat cheese and topped with sliced figs and chives.
Caprese Skewers: Grape tomatoes, fresh mozzarella & Basil skewers drizzled with olive oil and balsamic glaze .
Followed by Dinner including:
Herb Crusted Tri-Tip: Oven-roasted tri-tip beef, elegantly sliced and adorned with a rich demiglaze.
Accompanied with Italian salad and Garlic Mashed Potatoes.
Concluding the evening with desert: Tiramisu, Espresso-soaked ladyfingers layered with mascarpone cream.
